Terms of service

Should you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund for items returned to us within 7 working days of you receiving them.  The books must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition upon their return to us. We will only refund postage costs in the event of an error by us, or in the case of faulty goods. In case of an error by us or faulty goods we will also refund reasonable costs incurred in sending them back to us.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions
eBooks are  non-returnable,  so please make sure you actually want an eBook before you confirm your order.
Books that have been, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

All orders are shipped within five days, Shipments are processed Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

If a tracking No. is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.

We do not accept any liability or claim arising from late delivery. In some cases you must be at home to sign for a parcel to guarantee delivery.
